Holiday Gift Guide 2017 Edition

The holidays can be a joyous, and yet stressful time. I feel a lot more free, when I am not weighed down by STUFF, especially material things -- I would rather invest in my health, wellness, food and maybe a few kitchen essentials! I felt it would be a great idea to make a Holiday Gift Guide, because heck, maybe someone else would benefit from some of the same life & wellness products that I find useful in my minimalist approach(attempt) at life! ;)

Body Care
I don't know about y'all, but I love getting bath and body products, especially good quality (none of that Bath & Body works crap!), natural products. Almost like a craft beer, you have to get the good stuff when it comes to the products we put on our skin. Some of my favorites!
Perfect Stocking Stuffer a nice dry brush (but be sure you let people know how beneficial these are for their skin, blood flow, lymph system, etc etc!) ;)
Wooden Bath Caddy - You know where to find me with a good book, and a glass of wine! Self care at it's finest!
CocoKind Chia Facial Oil - I've been using this oil since last winter, and my thirsty skin drinks it up. I have noticed less blemishes since using it, ironic, I know...I put oil on my face and get less breakouts?! YUP! Reason being, skin doesn't have to produce as much sebum when it is moisturized as it does when it is too dry. This product is life changing!
Acure Products - I love a lot of their products but these two gift sets are perfect Scrub Set or Essentials Set...
100% Pure Cheek Glow - I have had my cream blush from them for (way too long) maybe 3-4 years, but it lasts, and I love how smooth it glides on the skin.
Schmidt's Naturals Deodorant - I love this brand, as you know from a past post. These last a long time, and getting a set would be a perfect gift the natural product buff!
Kitchen Gadgets
Everyone can use the latest and greatest kitchen accessories, because they make our lives and hobbies easier. These are a few of my favorites & some I really want (but haven't tried yet, so buy according to reviews) and they look pretty cool!
Healthy Human - Every human MUST own one of these. Keeps your drinks warm all day, and cold for LITERALLY all day (24 hrs). It's amazing, and stylish, and comes in so many sizes and colors. I love the stein for water, workouts...and the cruiser for my coffee or smoothies.
Aeroccino AKA: Milk Frother - I got this as a birthday gift a few years back & I still use it a few times a week. And it's technically a cold & hot milk frother, but honestly I use it
for so much more. I don't use a microwave, so when I need to reheat my coffee or drink.
I pour it in here and push a button. I also use this to make my butter coffee, and since it heats the liquid as it swirls it melts everything. It is also great to make things cold, so if during the summer your hot coffee would taste more refreshing with some cold milk, this is what you need and it gives it a nice foam! Awesome gift!
Another gift I received a few years ago, that I still use very often. It helps chop, grind and blend smaller amounts of food. When I am cooking for myself, or making a dip or sauce sometimes the
blender can be too big, so I use this and it's perfect! I think everyone could benefit from one of these in their kitchen!
Add some class, and delicious Italian style coffee to your mornings with this gorgeous Stainless Steel Espresso pot. They come in different sizes, I have the smaller one and it yields a large cup of coffee for me.
Super easy to clean and you put directly on electric or gas stove. The handles are interchangeable colors and don't get hot. It's beautiful. If you know someone who likes good coffee, they will appreciate this piece in their kitchen.
Lodge Cast Iron - The greatest piece of iron you'll ever own. Any piece is useful, but this combo pack serves multiple purposes and really makes a foodie excited to get in the kitchen.
Give the Gift of Memberships
Honest.com - I became a member back when Honest wasn't in every major retail chain (circa 2013 -- yikes time flies!), but even now that it is, I find it's way cheaper to have the "free" membership and flexibility of getting a bundle of 5+ items of my choosing (household cleaning, personal care) mailed to me when I decide I need them, all for $40 including shipping. If you go buy natural body lotion and laundry detergent at retail, you're likely already at $20+ for only two items! Worth it, and awesome for children's super cute diaper bundles, vitamins and beauty.
Milk & Eggs - For those located in Southern California! Give the gift of fresh grocery delivery. Getting delivery of your groceries can save so much time, and I find this service provides great customer service and super fresh produce that is delivered right when it's picked, so it lasts a good week or so in your fridge, none of that almost spoiled grocery store food.

Wellness
Root & Bones Herbs - My favorite discovery of 2017, this woman owned holistic herb goddess. She makes some amazing products that are full of immune boosting properties.
Chaga & Reishi are by far my favorites....I would be SO excited to see these under the tree, better yet, I'm just ordering more for myself to be sure I get them! ;)

The Natural Citizen - Another one of my favorite, kick @$$, woman owned supplement companies. I love their powders, and can't get enough of their
organic protein & digest powders. A pure vegan protein that is so easy to incorporate into every day smoothies, protein shakes, etc. They ship in the cutest packaging too.

Sun Potion - This company makes great herbal blends, which are also great in smoothies. This Anadamide is a great alternative to coffee with awesome health benefits!
Vital Proteins - Another one of my "must have" pantry, wellness, life, health whatever, staples are these collagen peptides! From your body building younger cousin, to your 80 year old dad, everyone will benefit from results of collagen in their routine.
Florihana Essential Oils - The only oils I use and swear by. Of course, I have some other cheap versions of oils I have somehow accumulated (impulse shopper), but these oils from the French company are regulated (unlike USA companies), organic, and certified authentic oils according to French regulations. Can't say the same about oils here in the US. Plus, no membership and they're affordable with super fast shipping!
Oil Diffuser - You'll want to give one of these with those amazing oils!
